To continue providing the exceptional Jimmy Suds wash experience you’ve come to expect, we will be implementing a $5 membership price increase beginning with your next billing cycle. We want you to know exactly why.
We also want you to know that we have
not raised our membership prices in 4 years and 4 months, even as we kept investing in your wash experience and our team. In that time, most everyday costs have climbed significantly, and many car washes in our area raised their prices almost two years ago – yet we chose to hold off and keep our pricing
right in line with the market for as long as we could.
Investments and upgrades have improved our wash quality, many of which you’re already enjoying today. For example:
- Inside the wash tunnel, we’ve made major upgrades to improve cleaning performance and vehicle protection. Enhancements include:
- Tripling the presoak applications on our Protect It! wash, and doubling it on Shine It!
- Improved cleaning on front and rear bumpers
- The addition of our signature Axis 360 profiling wash-and-rinse arch
- Enhanced protection and rinsing for mirrors and SUV rear decks
- A new pressure wash system for pickup truck rear windows
- 40% more drying power
- Upgraded high-pressure cleaning nozzles
- We’ve also added Graphene technology, the newest innovation in vehicle finish protection. This advanced surface hardener helps lock in the benefits of our Ceramic and Triple Bond sealants, creating longer-lasting protection and an incredible If you drive a dark-colored vehicle, the results are especially impressive.
- In addition to improving wash quality, we’ve also invested over $100K in new water-saving technologies to become the most earth-friendly car wash operation in Lakewood and the surrounding areas. Enhancements include:
- Removed all non bio-friendly water recycling products, and replaced them with healthier natural enzymes. Better for our earth, while allowing us to dramatically enhance our water recycling, and reduce fresh water usage.
- Washing your car now uses
- 20% less water than the typical home shower
- 25% less water than we’ve used in previous years
- 60% less water than other express car washes
- 85% less water than washing a car at home. We also contain 100% of our detergents, saving them from seeping into groundwater and public water sources
- In our vacuum area, we have:
- Increased suction power
- Installed softer, larger towels and added larger towel bins
- Expanded aisle access and improved evening lighting
- Increased team availability to better assist customers
- Installed longer air wand hoses for easier access to the entire vehicleMore enhancements coming soon
- Our mat-wash station continues to improve as well. We are proud to offer a dedicated cleaning system that is unmatched by competitors, including:
- Upgrades to our molded and WeatherTech mat cleaning capabilities
- Continued investment in our automated thin mat washing machines – cutting noise in half
- Additional water conservation efforts reduced our fresh water usage by almost 60%, with upcoming changes to reduce it to 10% of our original water usage
